Q. I am new to this, how does everything work?

Q.  What services do you offer?

A. We offer logo design, package design, branding identity, web design, marketing campaigns and much more. View every service we offer.

 

Q. How long does it take to complete work?

A. The length of time it takes to complete a project varies greatly. Some projects are a short two day process while others can occupy several months of development. Before a project begins a contract is written up. With this contract you will receive a schedule outlining the timeline to completion.

 

Q. How much does a project cost?

A. There are so many different kinds of projects with a wide variety of factors involved in determining the cost that we unfortunately can not answer that in one go. We don’t offer pricing until we have met with our client and discussed the project at hand. Contact us to set up a meeting.

 

Q. Can I use my own printing company?

A. Absolutely! However, we recommend printing through us for several reasons.

First, we have long term relationships with our printers which allows us to have very competitive pricing. Second, by printing through us we will take care of the entire process, taking the work out of your hands. If there are any hangups with the job we deal with the printer directly, speeding up the process and ensuring everything ends up just how we planned it. These types of hangups happen far more frequently when clients go with their own printers.

Ultimately it is up to you. We are happy to supply everything your printer needs to get the job done, but once that has left our studio the job is no longer in our hands.

 

Q. Can I keep the working files?

A. Yes, our working files are available for purchase.

 

Q. I have a job I need done as fast as possible, can you help?

A. We will do everything we can to get your rush job done, however an increased rush fee will be applied. There is no guarantee we will have time to accommodate the job but if at all possible we would love to help. You can find our contact info here. We recommend calling if you are in a rush.
